Alex Compton

Alex Compton is a businessman, coach, speaker, husband, and father. He has a BS in Human Development and Family Studies from Cornell University.

Alex is currently the CEO of ValorPro Global, a global staffing solutions company. He is also a consultant with the Ontario Montclair School District in Ontario, California, and an advisor with Strand’s Technologies. He also was the CEO for Safe Haven Defense Midwest. Alex coached professional basketball for 12 years in the Philippines, 5 as the Head Coach of the Alaska Aces, and 2 as an assistant with the Philippine men’s basketball team, Gilas Pilipinas.

Alex is married to Michelle (Astudillo) Compton, currently a computer teacher for grades 1-8 at High Point Christian School in Madison, Wisconsin. Together they have 3 children, two boys and a girl ages 13, 11, and 9 who all enjoy sports.

Kevin Dalafu

Kevin Dalafu is an entrepreneur, educator, speaker, husband, and father. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Leadership Studies from Vanguard University of Southern California. Kevin was a four-year starter and captain at Vanguard and continued his basketball career in the Philippines after college.

With over a decade of experience in school leadership, Kevin currently serves as the Head of School at Kings Christian School in Central California. A passionate basketball coach, he spent seven years leading the KCS girls’ varsity basketball team and is now in his eighth year coaching the varsity boys. Kevin has been honored as the East Sierra League Coach of the Year five times and has guided his teams to two league championships.

Kevin is married to Summer (Stewart) Dalafu, an educator with 20 years of experience who serves as the Director of Student Life at KCS. Together, they have two sons, ages 10 and 14, who share their love of sports and have participated in basketball, baseball, golf, tennis, soccer, and football.
